7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Magnt brand kit is a one-time purchase of $19 (regularly $29). It is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges, no renewals, and nothing to cancel.
If you are not satisfied with your brand kit for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@magnt.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy the kit, and tell us you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Requests received more than 7 days after the purchase date are outside the guarantee period.
