- Homepage: headline clarity, CTA, proof, consistent styling
- Key landing pages: offer clarity and consistent templates
- Navigation labels reflect positioning language
- OpenGraph previews look correct (title/image)
- Mobile experience feels consistent (spacing, buttons)
Social
- Profiles: logos/bios/pinned content are current
- Templates: fonts/colors/layout are consistent
- Tone: captions and replies match brand voice
- Transactional emails match brand (logo, colors, buttons)
- Newsletter template is consistent
- Sender name + signature are consistent across the team
Business impact signals
- Branded search trend (up/down/flat)
- Reviews: rating, volume, and top negative themes
- Conversion rate trend on primary pages
- CAC and lead quality trend (if tracked)
What to fix first
- Fix anything that breaks trust (inconsistent business name, outdated logo, broken promises).
- Fix your “front door” touchpoints first (homepage, booking/checkout, top landing pages).
- Fix templates last (after system is stable).
