  • Key landing pages: offer clarity and consistent templates
  • Navigation labels reflect positioning language
  • OpenGraph previews look correct (title/image)
  • Mobile experience feels consistent (spacing, buttons)

Social

  • Profiles: logos/bios/pinned content are current
  • Templates: fonts/colors/layout are consistent
  • Tone: captions and replies match brand voice

Email

  • Transactional emails match brand (logo, colors, buttons)
  • Newsletter template is consistent
  • Sender name + signature are consistent across the team

Business impact signals

  • Branded search trend (up/down/flat)
  • Reviews: rating, volume, and top negative themes
  • Conversion rate trend on primary pages
  • CAC and lead quality trend (if tracked)

What to fix first

  • Fix anything that breaks trust (inconsistent business name, outdated logo, broken promises).
  • Fix your “front door” touchpoints first (homepage, booking/checkout, top landing pages).
  • Fix templates last (after system is stable).
