Standard files, familiar tools

Works With the Tools You Already Use

Your Magnt brand kit comes in formats every app understands: PNG logo files, HEX color codes, free Google Fonts and a PDF. That means you can bring your brand into Canva, Figma, Google Docs, Word, your website builder and your email tool in a few minutes, with no setup and nothing to connect.

A straight answer first

Magnt does not connect directly to other tools. There are no plug-ins, no API and no automatic sync. When your kit is ready, you download a zip file, and you add your brand to each tool yourself.

That is less work than it sounds. A logo is one upload, five colors are five pasted codes, and two fonts are two picks from a font menu. The guides below show where each of those goes in the tools small businesses use most.

Why the kit works almost everywhere

Compatibility comes from using the most common formats there are, not from special connections.

PNG logo files

Your chosen logo at 1024 px and 2048 px on a white background. PNG opens in every design app, document editor, website builder and email tool.

HEX color codes

Five colors written as six-character codes like #0F766E. Every color picker on the web and in desktop software accepts them.

Free Google Fonts

A heading font and a body font from Google Fonts, free to download and free for commercial use. Many tools list them built in.

1-page brand summary PDF

Your logo, colors and fonts on one page. Anyone can open a PDF, which makes it the easiest file to share with a printer or freelancer.

How to add your brand, tool by tool

Keep your colors-and-fonts quick-reference file open while you work, so you can copy each HEX code and font name instead of retyping it.

Design tools

Canva

Upload your logo PNGs in the Uploads panel. Add your HEX codes with the “+” in the color picker, and search the font list for your two Google Fonts. Canva Pro users can also save all three in Canva’s own Brand Kit.

Figma

Drag the PNG onto the canvas and make it a component. Create a color style or variable for each HEX code and text styles for headings and body. Google Fonts are available in Figma without installing anything.

Adobe Express

Upload the logo PNG to your files, enter your HEX codes in the color panel, and choose your fonts from its library, which includes many Google Fonts. Paid plans let you save these as a brand in Adobe Express.

Documents and presentations

Google Workspace

In Docs, Sheets and Slides, insert the PNG from Insert › Image. Use “More fonts” in the font menu to add your Google Fonts, and paste HEX codes into the “Custom” color option. In Slides, set them in the theme builder so every slide matches.

Microsoft Office

Install your two fonts from fonts.google.com on your computer, then restart Word, PowerPoint or Excel. Insert the logo with Insert › Pictures and enter HEX codes under More Colors. In PowerPoint, place the logo and fonts on the Slide Master.

Keynote and Pages

Install the fonts on your Mac first. Drag the PNG into your document, use the color picker’s hex field for your colors, and put the logo on a master slide in Keynote so it appears throughout.

Website and store builders

Squarespace

Upload the PNG as your site logo in the header settings. Add your HEX codes to the site’s color palette in Site Styles, and pick your heading and body fonts from the built-in Google Fonts list.

Wix

Replace the template logo with your PNG, then open the site’s theme settings to enter your HEX colors and select your fonts. Wix offers many Google Fonts in its font menu.

Shopify

In the theme editor, upload the PNG under the header or logo setting. Enter your HEX codes in the theme’s color settings, and choose your fonts in Typography, which draws on a large free font library.

WordPress

Upload the logo PNG under Site Identity or in the site editor’s header. Most modern themes accept HEX colors in their global styles; for fonts, use the theme’s font options or the built-in font library to add your Google Fonts.

Printing and email

Online print shops

Most print shops let you design business cards, flyers and stickers in a browser editor. Upload the 2048 px PNG, type your HEX codes into the color picker, and pick your fonts if the editor offers them. For large signs, ask the shop about redrawing your logo as a vector.

Email marketing tools

Mailchimp, Kit, MailerLite and similar tools all have a brand or style section in the email builder. Upload the 1024 px PNG as your header logo, set button and link colors with your HEX codes, and pick a web-safe fallback if a font is not supported.

Email signatures

In Gmail or Outlook, open signature settings and insert the logo image, sized small. Keep the signature text in a common font, since many email apps replace custom fonts, and use one brand color for your name or links.

Where the files stop

The logo files are PNG images on a white background. They are sharp on screens and in small print, but they are not the right source for very large output. Large signs, banners, vehicle wraps and embroidery usually need a vector file or a stitch file, which a sign shop, embroiderer or freelance designer can create from your PNG.

To place the logo on a dark or colored background, remove the white first with a background remover and save a new PNG. The logo file formats guide explains which format each printer and platform expects, and the brand kit files page lists every file in the download and what it is good for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Magnt integrate directly with Canva, Figma or other apps?

No. Magnt does not connect directly to any other tool and does not offer an API or plug-ins. Instead, your brand kit uses standard formats (PNG logo files, HEX color codes, free Google Fonts and a PDF), so you can add your brand to almost any tool by uploading the logo and pasting in your colors and font names.

Which tools can I use my brand kit in?

Any tool that accepts a PNG image and a HEX color code, which covers Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, Google Docs and Slides, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Keynote, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, print shop editors and email marketing tools. Your fonts are free Google Fonts, available in many tools or installable on your computer.

Is there a Magnt API for developers?

No. Magnt does not offer an API, webhooks or developer access. You create your kit in the Magnt app, download the zip file, and keep lifetime access to your dashboard to download it again.

Will my logo look right on a dark website header?

Your logo PNGs come on a white background, so they look best on white or light backgrounds. For a dark or colored header, remove the white with a background remover, such as the one in Canva Pro or a free online tool, and upload the new PNG to your site.

What if a tool does not have my Google Fonts?

Download the fonts from fonts.google.com and install them on your computer, which makes them available in desktop apps like Word, PowerPoint and Keynote. In web tools that only offer their own font list, choose the closest match and keep your heading font for headlines where it is available.
