Your brand kit files,
and where they work.
One zip file with your logo as high-res PNGs, a 1-page brand summary PDF and a quick reference for your colors and fonts. Standard formats that open in the tools you already use. Here is exactly what you get and how to put each file to work.
What’s in the download
Magnt generates five logo concepts in about two minutes. You pick the one you like, and your kit is built around it. Everything below arrives in a single zip file.
Logo PNG, 1024 px
Your chosen logo on a white background, sized for websites, email headers, documents and social profile pictures.
Logo PNG, 2048 px
The same logo at twice the size, for sharper results on high-density screens, slides and small printed pieces.
1-page brand summary PDF
Your logo, five colors and two fonts on a single page. Easy to share with a freelancer, a printer or a new hire.
Colors-and-fonts quick reference
A plain text file listing your HEX codes and font names, so you can copy and paste them straight into any tool.
5-color palette with HEX codes
Five colors chosen to work together, each with a HEX code (like #1E3A8A) that every design and web tool accepts.
Heading + body font pairing
Two free Google Fonts: one for headlines, one for body text. Free to download and free for commercial use.
Lost the zip? You keep lifetime access to your Magnt dashboard, so you can download the same files again whenever you need them, on a new laptop or for a new team member.
What each file is good for
PNG is the most widely supported image format there is. Paired with HEX codes and free fonts, it covers the places a new business shows up first.
Websites
Use the 1024 px PNG for your site header and the 2048 px version where the logo appears large, such as a hero section. Enter your HEX codes in your site builder’s color settings and pick your two fonts from its Google Fonts list.
Social profiles
Profile pictures on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and TikTok display as small circles or squares. The 1024 px PNG is more than large enough. Check the preview so no part of the logo is cropped by the circle.
Documents and slides
Drop the PNG into letterheads, invoices, proposals and presentations. Set your heading and body fonts as the document defaults and add your HEX colors to the tool’s custom colors so everyone uses the same shades.
Small print
At 300 dots per inch, a 2048 px image prints cleanly at up to roughly 6.8 inches (17 cm) wide. That covers business cards, flyers, stickers, labels and letterheads you design yourself or through a print shop’s online editor.
The brand summary PDF is the file you hand to other people. When a freelancer builds your website, a friend designs a menu, or a print shop sets up an order, the PDF shows them your logo, your five colors and your two fonts on one page, so nobody has to guess which blue you meant.
The quick-reference text file is the file you keep open while you work. It holds the HEX codes and font names as plain text, so you can copy them into a color picker or a font menu without retyping and without typos.
Using your files in the tools you already have
Magnt doesn’t connect directly to other apps, and it doesn’t need to. You upload the logo, paste the HEX codes and pick the fonts. Here is how that works in the tools small businesses use most.
Canva
Upload both logo PNGs under Uploads so they are one click away in any design. Add your five HEX codes through the color picker (the “+” next to document colors), and search Canva’s font list for your heading and body fonts; most Google Fonts are available there. If you have Canva Pro, you can store the logo, colors and fonts in Canva’s own Brand Kit so they appear in every new design.
Figma
Drag the PNG onto the canvas and turn it into a component so every frame uses the same file. Create a color style or variable for each HEX code, and set up text styles for headings and body copy. Figma in the browser already includes Google Fonts, so your pairing is usually available without installing anything.
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Insert the PNG with Insert › Image › Upload from computer. Open the font menu, choose “More fonts” and add your two fonts; they come from the same Google Fonts library. For colors, use the “Custom” option in any color menu and paste the HEX code from your quick-reference file.
Microsoft Word
Download your two fonts from fonts.google.com and install them on your computer first, then restart Word so they appear in the font list. Insert the logo with Insert › Pictures, and apply your colors through More Colors, where you can enter a HEX code (or the equivalent RGB values). Save a document with your logo, fonts and colors in place as a reusable template.
PowerPoint and Keynote
Open the slide master (View › Slide Master in PowerPoint, Edit Master Slides in Keynote) and place your logo, fonts and colors there so every new slide inherits them. In PowerPoint you can save your five colors as a named theme color set. Install the Google Fonts on your computer first so the fonts travel with your deck when you present.
Website builders
Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress and similar builders all have a logo upload in their header or site identity settings; use the PNG there. Paste your HEX codes into the theme’s color settings and choose your fonts from the built-in Google Fonts list. Most builders also ask for a small square browser-tab icon (favicon); crop a square from your logo if the full version is too wide to read at that size.

When you need something else
PNG files are made of pixels. That makes them perfect for screens and small print, and it also means they have a size limit. Stretch a PNG far beyond its pixel dimensions and the edges turn soft. Here are the situations where the kit’s files are not the right fit on their own, and what to do instead.
Large signs, banners and vehicle wraps. A shop sign or a wrapped van is many feet wide, far beyond what a 2048 px image can cover sharply. Sign makers usually ask for a vector file, which describes shapes mathematically and scales to any size. Magnt does not provide vector files. Most sign shops and freelance designers can redraw a simple logo as a vector from your PNG, and the brand summary PDF gives them your exact colors to match.
Embroidery. Embroidered shirts and caps need the logo converted to a stitch file, a process called digitizing. Embroiderers do this themselves from a clean image, and the 2048 px PNG is a good starting point. Expect a one-time digitizing fee from the shop.
Colored or dark backgrounds. Your logo PNGs sit on a white background, which looks right on white pages, light websites and most documents. To place the logo on a photo, a dark header or a colored product label, remove the white first. Canva Pro has a background remover, and there are free online tools that do the same job. Save the result as a new PNG and keep the original as your master copy.
Other logo versions. The kit contains the logo you chose, as it was generated. Magnt does not create alternate layouts, icon-only marks or one-color versions. If you later need those, a designer can build them from your PNG and brand summary.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is in the Magnt brand kit download?
You download a zip file containing your chosen logo as high-res PNG files at 1024 px and 2048 px on a white background, a 1-page brand summary PDF showing your logo, colors and fonts, and a colors-and-fonts quick-reference text file. Your 5-color palette comes with HEX codes, and your font pairing is a heading font and a body font from Google Fonts. You also keep lifetime access to your dashboard.
Does Magnt connect to Canva, Figma or other tools?
No. Magnt does not connect directly to other tools and does not offer an API. The kit uses standard formats instead: PNG images, HEX color codes, free Google Fonts and a PDF. Those open in Canva, Figma, Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote and every major website builder, so you add them by uploading the files and pasting the codes.
Is my logo PNG on a transparent background?
No. The logo PNGs come on a white background. They look right on white or very light backgrounds. If you need the logo on a colored or dark background, you can remove the white yourself with a background remover, such as the one in Canva Pro or a free online tool, and save the result as a new PNG.
Can I use the PNG files for large signs or printing on shirts?
The 2048 px PNG prints cleanly up to roughly 6.8 inches wide at 300 dpi, which covers business cards, flyers, stickers and letterheads. Large signs, vehicle wraps and embroidery usually need a vector file. Magnt does not provide one, but a sign shop, embroiderer or freelance designer can redraw your logo as a vector from the PNG, often for a modest fee.
Are the fonts free to use for my business?
Yes. Both fonts in your pairing come from Google Fonts, which are free to download and free to use commercially, including on your website, in documents and on printed materials. Your quick-reference file lists the exact font names so you can find them on fonts.google.com.
Can I use the files commercially, and what does the kit cost?
Yes. Every file comes with full commercial rights. The kit is a $19 one-time payment (regularly $29) with no subscription, and it is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
