  • About page story aligned with new positioning
  • OpenGraph images + meta titles updated

  • Profile photo (logo mark), banner, and bio updated

  • Templates updated (fonts/colors/layout)
  • Link-in-bio destination updated

  • Transactional emails updated (receipts, confirmations)
  • Newsletter template updated
  • Sender name consistent and updated
  • Team signatures updated

Operations + legal (don’t skip)

  • Google Business Profile and directory listings updated
  • Invoices, proposals, and sales deck updated
  • Policies updated (terms, privacy, refund) if brand name changed
  • Trademarks/legal docs reviewed if renaming
  • Asset library cleaned (archive old files)

Launch notes

  • Pick a launch date and freeze edits 24–48 hours before.
  • Announce clearly (what changed + why) if customers might be confused.
  • Monitor confusion points (support tickets, comments, reviews).
