Universal profile checklist

  • Use the correct logo mark (not a cramped full logo)
  • Bio explains who you help + what you do (in plain language)
  • Link destination matches your primary CTA (book, quote, shop, pricing)
  • Pinned content matches current branding (colors, templates, tone)
  • Highlights/pinned videos are updated after any rebrand

Instagram

  • Profile photo uses logo mark with clear space
  • Bio includes location (if local) + primary offer
  • Highlights covers match brand style
  • Grid templates consistent (fonts, spacing)
  • Link-in-bio page matches site branding

LinkedIn

  • Banner uses brand colors/typography and a clear positioning statement
  • About section repeats positioning + proof + CTA

YouTube
